Responsibilities:
- design and deploy pricing strategies for both new and existing offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends,
- establish and maintain pricing governance frameworks that ensure transparency and accountability,
- ensure pricing policies and models are scalable and adaptable to market fluctuations,
- analyze competitors’ pricing strategies, market trends, and customer preferences to provide data-driven recommendations,
- proactively identify upselling opportunities by examining sales trends, pricing developments across markets, channels, and segments, and assessing product profitability (ranging from low to high-margin products and services),
- create and manage internal pricing forums to drive consistent decision-making, enhance speed and agility, facilitate knowledge sharing, and foster competency development,
- collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, particularly Pricing teams and Product Management, to connect Local Service Units with backend responsible units (this role does not oversee discrete service pricing operations),
- develop pricing models tailored to various business lines, including products, services, service agreements, and projects, while considering different customer segments.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in the service industry, specializing in pricing strategy development for services and projects, with a solid understanding of various pricing methodologies,
- collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment,
- proven experience in creating, developing, and assessing practical solutions for complex issues involving multiple stakeholders,
- bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field,
- pricing certification (CPP) is an advantage,
- results-driven approach combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
