Global Pricing Specialist (Motion Services)

Responsibilities:

• leading national pricing transformation programs.
• analyze sales, pricing data, market trends, and competition to identify opportunities and risks, track pricing targets, and collaborate with countries on improvement strategies,
• contribute to pricing enhancements with innovative solutions, refining analytics, deployment plans, and cross-business insights,
• develop and maintain standardized pricing dashboards to deliver insights and support decision-making globally and locally, ensuring effective implementation by country teams,
• drive pricing strategy integration into business operations, ensuring alignment, fostering adoption, and providing training and support,
• establish and expand a platform for sharing pricing best practices, encouraging collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement,
• monitor pricing target achievement and work with countries to analyze performance and recommend improvements,
• support the pricing transformation program by assessing pricing maturity, leading country initiatives, and identifying areas for optimization.

Requirements:

• extensive experience (5+ years) in pricing or a related field, with a focus on developing and implementing pricing reports,
• strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and utilize reporting tools (Power BI, Excel as a minimum),
• proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and driving initiatives (project management certification is a plus),
• deep understanding of pricing models, strategies, and concepts,
• exceptional ability to influence decision-making across all organizational levels, motivate teams, and achieve results in a matrix environment,
• highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to speed, accuracy, and continuous process optimization,
• bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field,
