About the employer:

For our Client, a large international organization, we are looking for a person for the position of HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities:

  • support the development, design, and execution of HR policies, programs, and procedures to ensure alignment with corporate standards,
  • act as an HR business partner by providing guidance on HR-related matters, including employee relations, talent management, and performance management,
  • assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, compensation, and benefits administration,
  • support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture,
  • ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate HR policies and take corrective actions in case of any deviation,
  • collaborate with HR leadership to drive continuous improvement in HR practices and enhance employee experience,
  • assist with HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making,
  • together with people leader define training needs and coordinate and facilitate HR training sessions and workshops,
  • support recruitment activities, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews,
  • communicate the business value of HR initiatives and manage HR program rollouts to maintain business continuity,
  • drive and partner with the business on regional key talent initiatives,
  • identify and collect critical workforce requirements necessary to achieve current and future business results, in terms of skills and training,
  • analyze historical labor costs for the region,
  • coordinate country HR functions, aggregate and analyze data, and suggest actions to improve overall performance and best ways to harmonize,
  • manage and develop the entire professional family,
  • provide HR consulting and coaching to regional leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues,
  • enable business change by supporting the talent aspects of organization structure changes across the region.

Requirements:

  • minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Associate, HR Coordinator, Business Partner,
  • very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Italian will be an added asset,
  • strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures,
  • familiarity with HR systems and tools for data management and reporting,
  • knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements,
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • strong organizational and problem-solving abilities,
  • ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams,
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems,
  • experience in a corporate or multinational environment,
  • exposure to HR transformation initiatives or process improvement projects,
  • experience in coordinating and managing multiple HR processes at an international level,
  • positive working attitude and ability to overcome setbacks,
  • influencing attitude and ability to participate and contribute in a collaborative environment.
