About the employer:
An international corporate manufacturing company is seeking an experienced HR Director to provide strategic support for its operations in Hungary, overseeing the development and implementation of HR policies and programs that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• ensure that the plant has an effective HR policy that is aligned with the corporation's HR strategy and the Labour Law,
• manage HR processes so that they are responsive to the business needs of the plant, support business plans, stay in synergy with the organisational culture and values of the organisation,
• launching HR projects and activities that support and respond to operational challenges in the plant,
• being a business partner, for managers and directors,
who understands the operational goals and challenges
of the departments and supports them with knowledge and effective HR activities,
• managing the HR department so that it acts as an HR Business Partner and creates business value,
• creating HR activities that support transformation and change management in the company,
• Responsibility for HR processes:
o employee recruitment,
o competence development,
o talent management,
o training,
o HR and payroll services,
o regular meetings and reporting to regional HR functions.
Requirements:
• experience as an HR Manager in a company with a corporate manufacturing structure,
• prior experience in initiating activities that support transformation and change management, aligned with the global organizational culture,
• extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in leadership and talent management,
• ability to work closely with the business and function as a Business Partner,strong communication skills in English,
• university degree related to HR.
