Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates closely with Indirect Category Portfolio Leads and senior stakeholders across functions such as Marketing, IT & Telecom, Workplace, and HR Services to design and execute sourcing strategies.
  • Leads the identification and implementation of sourcing initiatives and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Manages multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Conducts supplier negotiations covering contract terms, pricing, payment conditions, and product/service catalogs, all in alignment with compliance requirements.
  • Executes end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFQ, RFP, and RFI management.
  • Performs spend analysis to uncover new sourcing opportunities and improve cost efficiency.
  • Develops and implements savings tracking methodologies, securing stakeholder validation and approvals.
  • Builds strong professional relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating sound judgment on when to escalate, how to influence behaviors to meet targets, and how to structure consistent follow-ups with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Proactively identifies risks and drives strategic decisions to mitigate them.
  • Leads cross-functional sourcing teams through supplier selection processes, maximizing market competitiveness, aligning with business priorities, and leveraging supplier capabilities.
  • Oversees supplier selection and delivers cost savings in services procurement within a structured and strategic procurement framework.
  • Prepares, analyzes, negotiates, and manages key procurement documentation including RFIs, RFPs, Statements of Work (SOW), and Change Requests (CRs).

Requirements:

  • Practical experience with sourcing techniques, including spend analysis, strategic sourcing frameworks, value levers, contract lifecycle management, and catalog administration.
  • Strong communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Proven ability to manage projects effectively from initiation to completion.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with a talent for interpreting and summarizing cost data to uncover savings opportunities.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks aligned with client expectations and internal tracking processes.
  • Skilled negotiator with solid commercial and contractual negotiation expertise.
  • Familiarity with leading sourcing and procurement platforms such as SAP, Ariba, and Coupa (considered a strong asset).
  • Deep understanding of catalog and contract management best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Brings added value through innovative, solution-oriented thinking.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level or higher).
