Responsibilities

Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
Maintain accurate general ledger records in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP) and internal policies.
Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist with revenue recognition and contract accounting in accordance with relevant standards, including ASC 606.
Participate in audit preparation, tax filings, and statutory reporting.
Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency.

At least 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multinational or corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger functions, and financial reporting.
Experience working with ERP systems, such as NetSuite, is a plus.
Background in subscription-based businesses or the real estate sector is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international setting with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English is required; Polish language skills are a bonus.
