Responsibilities:
- scheduling and conducting meetings and teleconferences with clients (HR departments, CEOs, directors of key departments),
- implementing the service for the client and ensuring its proper operation,
- maintaining business relationships with existing and potential clients,
- analyzing and monitoring market potential, identifying new development opportunities,
- ongoing reporting of activities and work in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales position,
- willingness to build long-term relationships with clients,
- ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other team members,
- valid category B driving license,
- experience in selling to HR departments will be an additional asset.
