About the employer:

Responsibilities:
- handling correspondence (e-mail, telephone, traditional),
- documentation management: invoices, archiving, packages,
- receiving guests and organizing meetings in the office,
- cooperation with service and media suppliers,
- organization of business trips and office orders,
- maintaining office supplies and food products,
- planning company events and taking care of the appearance of the office,
- supervision of the technical condition of the office (equipment, systems),
- management of company materials and benefits,
- handling keys, access cards and media costs,
- administrative support and assistance with visa processes.
Requirements:
- English language skills at B2 level; knowledge of Russian will be an additional asset,
- effective communication and problem-solving skills,
- proactive approach to work, good organization and attention to detail,
- independence in action and ability to work in a team,
- flexibility and readiness to carry out various tasks,
- experience in a similar position will be appreciated.
