About the employer

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Front-end Developer with a proven track record in leading projects or teams and mentoring other developers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in front-end development, complemented by some back-end development experience, and a deep understanding of user interface design and RESTful web services.

Responsibilities:

Research, evaluate, architect and deploy new tools, frameworks, and patterns to build sustainable software solutions for our clients.
Stay on top with latest technologies.
Share knowledge and know-how of software best practices among the team.

Requirements:

Strong expertise in developing front-end applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Node.js.
Experience in user interface design to ensure optimal user experience.
Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
Understanding of RESTful web services and microservice architecture.
Experience in developing and utilizing APIs for building software applications, including GUI components.
Proficiency in writing maintainable code using TDD/BDD paradigms.
Good understanding of clean code principles (SOLID, KISS, DRY, Clean Architecture).
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with the application development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in overseeing the work of other team members and stakeholders.

Optional

Knowledge of encryption/decryption methods and tools would be a plus.
