S&OP Coordinator

About the employer:

Our Client is a company from the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

• developing and managing sales and inventory plans to achieve the assumed results,
• demand planning, forecasting product demand, and ensuring forecast accuracy,
• supply planning, managing customer service levels, inventory value, logistics costs, and market delivery models,
• supporting local logistical activities and the needs of the Polish market,
• providing operational support for new projects and transfers, collaborating with the central team,
• reporting supply chain KPIs and controlling the order-to-invoice process,
• direct reporting to the Global Supply Chain Director.

Requirements:

• experience in demand and supply planning in the supply chain, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry,
• knowledge of Excel, SAP, BI, and other demand planning tools,
• excellent communication and collaboration skills, due to the role's independence,
• willingness to learn and expand knowledge with the support of our team of experts,
• experience in project management is welcomed,
• strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
