Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing Partner Specialists,
  • ensure that all Partner Specialists are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in their role,
  • provide ongoing support and coaching to Partner Specialists,
  • evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as needed,
  • staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices,
  • collaborate with other members of the Training and Development team to develop a comprehensive training program for Partner Specialists.

 

Responsibilities:

  •  bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field,
  • 3+ years of experience in training and development,
  • experience in developing and delivering training programs for adults,
  • strong understanding of the Partner Specialist role,
  • advance English language proficiency with C1 certification,
  • good understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation concept,
  • cloud Digital Leader or any other cloud certification is a big advantage,
  • understands the Sales Pipeline management and Sales cycle,
  • ability to work against revenue and pipeline related targets as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines,
  • being a true team player - ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders across different teams,
  • excellent time management skills,
  • ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
