Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing Partner Specialists,
- ensure that all Partner Specialists are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in their role,
- provide ongoing support and coaching to Partner Specialists,
- evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as needed,
- staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices,
- collaborate with other members of the Training and Development team to develop a comprehensive training program for Partner Specialists.
Responsibilities:
- bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field,
- 3+ years of experience in training and development,
- experience in developing and delivering training programs for adults,
- strong understanding of the Partner Specialist role,
- advance English language proficiency with C1 certification,
- good understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation concept,
- cloud Digital Leader or any other cloud certification is a big advantage,
- understands the Sales Pipeline management and Sales cycle,
- ability to work against revenue and pipeline related targets as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines,
- being a true team player - ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders across different teams,
- excellent time management skills,
- ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
