What will your tasks be in this position?
- contacting existing clients in the company's portfolio to study their needs and offer support in optimizing campaigns using online paid ads,
- streamlining campaigns using paid ads for assigned clients - increasing ad effectiveness, click-per-view rates, clarifying target audience,
- troubleshooting and contacting clients to provide best-selling solutions for their advertising campaigns, supporting the client in understanding and familiarizing themselves with the proposed technologies - explaining the mechanisms of operation, presenting examples, presenting specific numerical results,
- achieving the set sales targets, for which additional cash bonuses (quarterly) are awarded, using the techniques presented during the implementation on: researching needs, beating down objections, using the language of benefits, setting clear goals for the meeting,
- building a positive long-term relationship with the customer - in order to create the image of the company's brand and one's own.
What is needed for this job?
- knowledge of the English language at min. B2 - due to the international nature of the company, all implementations and recruitment stages are carried out in this language, knowledge of the German language at the level of min. B2 - this is the language you will work with every day,
- analytical and creative thinking skills - approx. 50% of working time is working with data in order to predict and understand the way consumers think,
- high interpersonal skills - the second 50% of working time is working with the client, in which the ability to build relationships as well as sales and negotiation skills are important,
- experience in sales or customer service - welcome, but if you are not afraid of contact with people and you are a person focused on results - apply for sure you will cope in this role,
- knowledge of CRM system will be an added advantage.
