Senior Innovation Analyst

Responsibilities:

Independently plan and execute research projects from conception through to insight delivery, including RFP coordination, vendor selection, data quality control, and synthesis of findings.
Collaborate with concept owners and stakeholders to co-define the vision for new products, services, or business models.
Conduct observational and design research to uncover both latent and articulated user needs, and translate them into actionable innovation opportunities.
Design and implement qualitative research methodologies aimed at validating or disproving key innovation hypotheses.
Support the iterative development of product concepts by integrating research insights into evolving visions and user requirements.
Engage with potential users and clients to test prototypes and gain a deeper understanding of market expectations and needs.
Analyze secondary and third-party research data related to competitors, customer segments, and emerging markets.
Create and refine solution concepts using various tools and methods, including hand-drawn sketches, customer journey maps, wireframes, and early-stage digital prototypes and interfaces.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in design research, innovation, product management, financial services/technology, or related fields.
Solid understanding of product management principles, innovation processes, and financial modeling.
Practical knowledge of digital product and service design and development lifecycle.
Proficiency in applying Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX), and User Interface (UI) design principles.
Proven track record of designing intuitive and user-centric product concepts.
Excellent analytical and communication skillswith the ability to organize, synthesize, and interpret large volumes of data.
Experience using design-driven SaaS collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Mural, or Confluence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
