Responsibilities:

analyze and understand the business side of process automation,
-
collaborate and communicate effectively with both IT and non-IT representatives,
-
design, develop, and test hyper-automation and digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including MS Copilot Studio,
-
collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, and other cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful business projects,
-
create and document test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases,
-
develop process and end-user documentation,
-
support operational teams during UAT and rollout phases,
-
maintain and upgrade developed solutions.
Requirements:

6+ years of experience working with the Microsoft technology stack, including the MS Power Platform,

hands-on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and similar,

proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, VB Scripting, .Net, JS 5, C/C++,
-
fluent in Lithuanian and English.

- The salary range for this position is from 4780 EUR to 5600 EUR gross before taxes. The salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
