Technical Advisor

About the employer:

Our client is a leading European manufacturer of insulation materials. Due to plans to strenghten sales network in Germany, we are looking for a person for the position of: Technical Advisor.

Responsibilities:

• understanding customer needs and developing technical and commercial solutions,
• advising Customers on the use of products and systemic solutions,
• preparation of more technical demanding quotations, technical documentation and drawings,
• presenting products and solutions at meetings, seminars or trade fairs,
• working with the company's development and production departments to solve technical challenges,
• monitoring market trends and competitive solutions,
• providing support to Customers in case of technical problems or complaints,
• other tasks agreed with the management.

Requirements:

• education and experience in trading/technical advisory of construction material goods (insulation field is a plus),
• experience in the preparation of catalogues, technical documentation, certification of the material,
• the technical (civil engineering) background is a plus but not obligatory,
• min. 5 years of experience in technical support/advisory tasks in the construction materials area.
