German based distributor of chemical materials an ingredients for a wild range of industries. The company's portfolio includes solutions for the food industry, pharmaceuticals, agriculture and mining. It has a couple of hundred locations in more than 70 countries.
Responsibilities:
- manage Supplier relationships including negotiation and implementation of new
product, - actively promote Company image working with defined product range,
- support development of regional growth strategy and implementation roadmap,
- ensure execution of defined product range formulated strategy by gaining commitment of Country / Region Manager/ Product Manager to growth targets and resource requirements,
- interactions broadly across industry value chain including end-users,
- create demand for the company's product/service portfolio by identifying and continuously evaluating Industry / Customer needs on country basis,
- collection, analysis and distribution of relevant market, Customer and Supplier,
- joint visits to chosen customers,
coordinate strategy execution through multi-level interactions, - technical support in the implementation of the supplier's product at the customer's
site, - local coordination of pan-regional supply initiatives in the given territory,
Requirements:
- experience in the management of relationships with chemical suppliers,
- previous involvement in the food sector in the chemical industry,
- university degree in chemistry or nutrition,
- openness for business trips,
- knowledge of English min. C1
