As a Technical Support Specialist with French/Portuguese/Spanish/German/Italian/Turkish/Russian Language, you'll have the opportunity to work with people from all over the world for one of the largest companies providing IT and consulting services. You will be responsible for global projects in the field of software, online marketing, internet platforms and devices!
Location: Bucharest
Work mode: Stationary
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including a one-hour break) / Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- responding to and resolving customer support inquiries via phone, email and chat,
- build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their unique needs,
- ensuring timely responses and resolutions according to set standards,
- utilizing existing knowledge to offer clear explanations to customers,
- updating customers on the progress of reported issues using various tools,
- contribute actively to the ongoing improvement of customer service processes and systems.
Requirements:
- at least 1 year experience as Technical, Financial, Customer Service Support in multiple support channels (email, phone, chat),
- excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to formulate structured communications in a complex environment in English and French/Portuguese/Spanish/German/Italian/Turkish/Russian (min. B2 level),
- bachelor's degree,
- valid work permit to work in Romania,
- willingness to work on-site in Bucharest.
