Vendor Management Specialist with German

Responsibilities:

• Managing Pricing Updates.
• Handling Pricing Exceptions.
• Responding to Pricing-Related Inquiries.
• Monitoring Contract Volume.
• Maintaining Supplier Contact Details.
• Updating NICs and Product Coding Information.

Requirements:

• Proficient in German (written and spoken) at B2/C1 level.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken), minimum B2 level.
• Understanding of vendor master data principles.
• Familiarity with pricing master data management.
• Experience in defining processes and creating process documentation.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Proactive, with a problem-solving approach.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
