Obowiązki

Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing Partner Specialists,
ensure that all Partner Specialists are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in their role,
provide ongoing support and coaching to Partner Specialists,
evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,
stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices,
collaborate with other members of the Training and Development team to create a comprehensive training program for Partner Specialists.

bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field,
3+ years of experience in training and development,
experience in developing and delivering training programs for adults,
strong understanding of the Partner Specialist role,
advance English language proficiency with C1 certification,
good understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation concept,
cloud Digital Leader or any other cloud certification is a big advantage,
understands the Sales Pipeline management and Sales cycle,
ability to work against revenue and pipeline related targets as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines,
being a true team player - ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders across different teams,
excellent time management skills,
ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
