Responsibilities:
- responding to and resolving customer support inquiries via phone, email and chat,
- build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their unique needs,
- ensuring timely responses and resolutions according to set standards,
- utilizing existing knowledge to offer clear explanations to customers,
- updating customers on the progress of reported issues using various tools,
- contribute actively to the ongoing improvement of customer service processes and systems.
Requirements:
- at least 1 year experience as Technical, Financial, Customer Service Support in multiple support channels (email, phone, chat),
- excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to formulate structured communications in a complex environment in English and French/Portuguese/Spanish/German/Italian/Turkish/Russian/Dutch (min. B2 level),
- bachelor's degree,
- valid work permit to work in Romania,
- willingness to work on-site in Bucharest.
