Supply Planning & Operations Team Leader

Support the team in managing order exceptions, missing materials, returns, and alternative sourcing.

Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of purchase order execution.

Collaborate with planning, logistics, finance, and suppliers to resolve operational issues.

Monitor supply chain KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and support system integration.

Handle escalations and critical situations in cooperation with sales and logistics teams.

Understanding of the IAM supply chain and supplier operations is a plus.

2-3 years of experience in inventory and supply planning.

Experience with Sales & Operations Planning is an advantage.

Previous experience leading or coordinating a team.

Proactive, hands-on, and self-driven approach.

Very good command of English.
