Responsibilities:
- handle complex customer technical inquiries escalated from Level 1 Support and partners for medical devices,
- provide technical support outside core working hours and assist Level 1 specialists,
- act as an interface with Quality, Development, and Expert Groups,
- ensure compliance and improvement of business metrics,
- contribute to process improvements and documentation updates.
Requirements:
- proficiency in one of foregin: German / Spanish / French / Italian / Portuguese / Dutch and English (technical language),
- technical/Mechanical engineering education or relevant qualifications,
- experience in customer communication and service organizations,
- knowledge of service desk processes,
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
