Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the accurate batching, coding, and allocation of invoices accurately on the purchase ledger to ensure that all suppliers are paid in a timely manner,
• Reviewing outstanding purchase orders for potential accruals,
• Preparations of Journals,
• Reconciliation of suppliers’ statements,
• Dealing with suppliers’ queries,
• Working according to the company’s KPIs and SLAs,
• Cooperation with other departments.

Requirements:

• Educational background in Finance & Accounting,
• Very good knowledge of English,
• Strong communication and analytical skills, attention to detail,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
