AR Specialist with Dutch

Responsibilities:

• Posting and allocation of payments - timely settlement of receipts with ensuring correct allocation to appropriate receivables.
• Customer contact - email and telephone communication regarding receivables, clarifying discrepancies and monitoring payments.
• Posting of bank statements - daily recording of bank operations in accordance with applicable procedures.
  Creating direct debits - preparation of payment orders and their compliance with internal financial policies.
• Reporting and analysis - generating reports and analysis to support operational and decision-making activities.
  Collaboration with other departments - close coordination with sales, customer service and controlling teams to ensure data consistency.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Dutch and English at least B2 level.
• Work experience, preferable in finance or accounting.
• Analytical thinking, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure and in a dynamic environment.
• Developed communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Independence in problem solving and initiative in action.
