Accounting Specialist with Czech

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily management of the client’s Accounts Receivable portfolio, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, customer-centric service.
• Process incoming invoices with attention to detail, identifying and flagging any discrepancies or issues as needed.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and in-depth analyses to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Accurately record and allocate client payments, maintaining integrity and precision in financial data.
• Investigate and resolve incoming queries promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and efficient issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the Finance domain, particularly in Problem Resolution, Collections, or Record-to-Analyze processes.
• Fluency in both Czech and English at a C1 level, enabling effective communication in a professional business environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics) or current enrollment in a related academic program.
