Responsibilities:

  • managing the team and ensuring the stability of SSC structures,
  • supporting the proper execution of accounting processes (AP, Treasury),
  • overseeing and monitoring the electronic flow of accounting documents,
  • collaborating on adapting the SAP system to current accounting and tax regulations,
  • preparing KPI reports for direct supervisors and management in Germany,
  • coordinating activities with the IT department and other units within the group to optimize and enhance accounting processes.

Requirements:

  • min. 4 years of experience as an team leader role within SSC/BPO structures,
  • strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles,
  • leadership skills and the ability to engage others,
  • practical experience with SAP, as well as proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel,
  • very good command of German (B2/C1) and English,
  • excellent organizational skills for both personal and team workload management,
  • goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively within strict deadlines.
