Agency Success Lead - German Speaker

Responsibilities:

building and developing relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and agency teams, as well as establishing connections with decision-makers in the digital media space to understand their business priorities,
identifying growth opportunities and proposing solutions based on programmatic technologies,
creating joint strategies aimed at increasing investment in display and video channels through effective use of internal organizational resources. This includes developing tailored sales approaches, preparing presentations, and providing feedback to support product development,
deepening knowledge of the programmatic media market and acting as an advisor to clients regarding dynamic changes in the advertising environment and available technologies,
analyzing advertising campaign performance to ensure, and even exceed, advertisers' set goals,
conducting training sessions on the use of advertising platforms, media planning, and executing display, online video, YouTube, and Connected TV campaigns,
supporting clients in understanding and adapting to changes in privacy regulations to ensure they can operate effectively both now and in the future.

minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing operations (content management, campaign management, optimization),
fluent in English and German (C1) with excellent communication skills,
experience in programmatic media buying and working with DSP platforms (minimum 2 years),
knowledge of DV360 platform,
intermediate Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, text and logical functions),
experience working with clients in the martech/adtech space (consulting, presentations, product demos),
strong project and relationship management skills (team coordination, cross-functional collaboration, ability to work under pressure).
