About the Role:

We are recruiting for various positions tailored to your skills and expertise. Depending on your profile, you could be working in one of the following areas:

• Technical Support:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for international clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in continuous learning and improvement initiatives.

• Content Moderation and Compliance:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform policies
  • Identify and address harmful, offensive, or non-compliant content
  • Work with internal teams to improve processes and maintain community standards.
    
    

• Process Management and Coordination:

  • Provide front- and back-office support for technical or business operations
  • Document, analyze, and optimize workflows and processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive efficiency and results.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, or another European language (C1 level) plus English (B2)
• Avilability to work in shifts - 24/7 or 16/7  (Monday-Sunday)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
• Experience in technical support, content moderation, or process management is a plus.
