Responsibilities:
- ongoing contact with customers appearing in the company's products,
- researching the client's needs in order to present the offer page,
- solving problems reported by customers,
- building a long-term relationship with the client based on trust,
- analyzing and establishing an action strategy,
- realization of sales targets (KPI).
Requirements:
- knowledge of German at the level of min. C1,
- knowledge of English at the level of min. B2,
- experience in online sales / marketing / customer service,
- highly developed interpersonal skills,
- ability to research customer needs,
- knowledge of the CRM system is welcome.
