Responsibilities:

- Research customer data and market insights to uncover expansion opportunities and execute marketing-qualified leads within SLAs.
- Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to enhance customer experience, resolve subscription issues, and deliver product demos.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, provide strategic updates to leadership, and maintain high customer satisfaction while exceeding revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in sales or account management.
- Proficiency in German and English at a C1 level or higher.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent written communication.
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and work efficiently with CRM tools.
- Experience in a B2B environment with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
