Responsibilities:
- Providing support to customers in Norwegian via phone, email and chat - ensuring a high standard of service and a positive user experience.
- Technical support for users of streaming platforms - resolving technical issues in real time.
- Professional and empathetic approach to customers - effectively resolving complaints and building trust and satisfaction.
- Serving individual (B2C) and business (B2B) customers as the first point of contact for product and service issues.
- Shift work from Mon-Fri 8:00-20:00, Sat-Sun. 10:00-18:00.
Requirements:
- Teamwork skills and a positive attitude - open to cooperation, a sense of humor and a creative approach to problem solving.
- Strong customer orientation - putting the customer's needs first in every interaction.
- Fluency in Norwegian (min. C1 level) and good knowledge of English (min. B2 level).
- Well-developed administrative and technical skills - proficient in digital environment.
- Welcome: experience in working with CRM systems.
