What your day will look like:
- responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a friendly and efficient manner,
- delivering accurate product and service information to help customers make informed decisions,
- investigating and resolving issues using available resources and product knowledge,
- collaborating with teammates and sharing insights to improve the customer experience,
- keeping up to date with the brand, services, and industry trends.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- are fluent in Slovenian (near-native level, written and spoken),
- communicate confidently in English (advanced level required),
- have previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role,
- enjoy solving problems and making people’s lives easier,
- feel comfortable using computer tools (MS Office, CRM systems),
- work with precision and care about the details Are a strong team player who’s also happy to take initiative,
- hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
