Customer Service Representative with Slovenian

What your day will look like:

• responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a friendly and efficient manner,
• delivering accurate product and service information to help customers make informed decisions,
• investigating and resolving issues using available resources and product knowledge,
• collaborating with teammates and sharing insights to improve the customer experience,
• keeping up to date with the brand, services, and industry trends.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• are fluent in Slovenian (near-native level, written and spoken),
• communicate confidently in English (advanced level required),
• have previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role,
• enjoy solving problems and making people’s lives easier,
• feel comfortable using computer tools (MS Office, CRM systems),
• work with precision and care about the details Are a strong team player who’s also happy to take initiative,
• hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
