About the employer:

act as a Tier 3 escalation point, resolving complex network issues that exceed help desk and Tier 2 capabilities,
support the deployment of new projects, including go-live readiness and post-implementation troubleshooting,
execute and oversee change management activities to ensure seamless rollout of network updates and configurations,
perform in-depth root cause analysis of network incidents and apply long-term corrective actions,
continuously monitor network health and capacity, proactively mitigating risks and performance bottlenecks,
lead software and hardware upgrade initiatives as part of regular lifecycle management,
develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and actively contribute to the internal knowledge base,engage in continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance operational efficiency.

hands-on experience in WAN infrastructure or ISP environments,
solid understanding of core networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing, IPSEC, and DMVPN,
proven experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, and data center fabric components,
practical expertise with Cisco network operating systems, including NX-OS, IOS-XE, and IOS-XR,
familiarity with network automation tools such as Ansible and AWX,
working knowledge of DevOps methodologies and tools, including Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines,
strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment,
proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
Nice to have:
relevant certifications in Service Provider Network or Data Center technologies,
experience operating within sovereign or highly regulated environments, such as the public sector.
