Digital Learning Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Design and update learning solutions using the ADDIE framework to enhance knowledge and performance.
• Independently create e-learning deliverables using authoring tools.
• Develop digital learning content in compliance with xAPI and SCORM standards.
• Translate subject matter expert knowledge into engaging learning experiences.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, LXDs, TCDs, PMO, and the Publication team to ensure effective learning delivery.
• Manage and forecast e-learning project timelines and production.
• Create measurement strategies to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support visual design requests and contribute to multimedia learning solutions.
• Adhere to defined learning and content development processes (DDLC).
• Analyze and understand requirements from SDLC documentation.
• Apply best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design, content writing, and storyboarding.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level (written and spoken).
• Experience in using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms, etc.).
• Customer-facing experience in developing or delivering training content in a technology-related environment.

Nice to have:

• Strong ability to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with the Evolve authoring tool.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Audition).
• Experience in video and audio production/editing.
