Engineering Director

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team Leaders managing multiple projects, guiding teams or offering leadership and governance to Engineering Managers, 
• track and support continuous progress in digital maturity across discovery, delivery, and engineering functions,
• collaborate with the delivery, account, and Go-To-Market teams to propose solutions to clients, focusing on improving efficiency, gaining a competitive edge, or unlocking additional business opportunities,
• assist with pre-sales activities such as client briefings, engagement shaping, and responding to RFPs,
• mentor and guide Leaders and Directors to engage with client leadership, handle executive-level communication, manage business development, maintain relationships, and manage escalations,
• ensure the availability of the right talent at the right time, with the appropriate skill sets,
• stay informed, adaptable, and committed to adopting community best practices,
• foster cross-community interactions to promote innovation, continuous improvements, and new opportunities for enablement.

Requirements:

• Extensive IT experience, with a strong background in managing diverse accounts and deliveries,
• experience in managing a portfolio of clients (million-dollar values),
• strong communication, negotiation, and people management abilities,
• solid understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies,
• proficiency in English and Lithuanian.
