Responsibilities:
- Checking accounting entries and reviewing standard accounting tasks,
- prepare monthly analysis and report on the fluctuations of the P&L and BS,
- reconcile bank statements,
- prepare VAT returns,
- prepare the annual accounts,
- work with internal, external, and tax auditors,
- ensure accurate and timely closing of the month, quarter, and year,
- review on a monthly basis of balance sheet reconciliations,
- overseeing the Accounts Payable and T&E processing for Poland.
Requirements:
- Rich experience in a financial environment, a multinational environment will be a plus,
- bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance,
- fluent in written and spoken Polish and English (B2-C1),
- computer literate, especially MS Excel and People Soft / Hyperion,
- knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles skills,
- ability to meet constant deadlines.
