Our client is an european manufacturer specializing in advanced systems for the construction and architectural sectors. The company provides tailored solutions for building envelopes, including structural elements used in window, door, and façade applications.
Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team across Germany

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets

Actively engage in B2B sales - building relationships with window/door manufacturers, fabricators, and developers

Identify new business opportunities and key market segments

Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
-
Collaborate closely with the headquarters team to align sales goals with overall company strategy

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong long-term partnerships
Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior sales or management role within the aluminium or PVC windows and doors industry
-
Strong understanding of construction-related B2B sales, preferably with technical products (window/door profiles, systems, or accessories)

Fluent in German and English - both written and spoken

Hands-on mentality: willing and able to travel frequently and engage directly with clients

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and results-oriented
