IT Manager

About the employer:

Our Client specializes in power technology and the design and manufacture of control cabinets. Their expertise also includes engineering and manufacturing of power supplies, electronics, and other electrical engineering services.

Responsibilities:

• development of the IT strategy, taking into account the requirements of the respective branches,
• monitoring, control and continuous improvement of the ERP system, including prioritization of the respective measures,
• close cooperation and coordination with the specialist departments and implementation of workshops: Translation of “business into IT” and “IT into business”,
• management of implementation processes,
• management of IT service providers for applications, IT infrastructure and services, including contract negotiations,
• promoting process efficiency and transparency through reporting and selective adjustments,
• monitoring and improving business-relevant KPIs and using IT tools to increase effectiveness and efficiency within the organization- Development and management of IT architecture as well as IT delivery and compliance (InfoSec and data protection),
• IT budget management
• responsibility for the entire group.

Requirements:

• IT/technology background 5-10 years of experience in multinational organizations,
• knowledge of MS Dynamics,
• a strong understanding of processes in the manufacturing industry as well as experience in Material Management and Material Requirement Planning is a great advantage,
• the process of capturing business requirements and break them down into logically manageable activities,
• experience in change management and can translate stakeholder needs into workable, technical solutions, successfully shaping IT projects,
• understand the value and cost factors in IT and technology and know how to identify and leverage optimization potential,
• ability to discuss technology solutions with different stakeholders and convince them of your ideas,
• “can do” attitude, coupled with a desire to take the wheel,
• strong interpersonal and communication skills and bring a hands-on mentality to business IT,
• ability to travel (max. 25%) and are business fluent in Polish and English, German will be an advantage.
