What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with our channel partners to boost product and service sales and drive long-term client loyalty.
  • Hit and exceed sales targets by providing strategic advice to partners, forecasting accurately, spotting growth opportunities, and proactively preventing client churn.
  • Shape and elevate the customer experience, working closely with your team to achieve shared goals and contribute to the company’s success.
  • Use your sales know-how and deep brand knowledge to confidently close deals, handle objections, and create win-win outcomes during partner and customer conversations.

What we're looking for: 

  • 2 years of experience in B2B or B2P sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, Cloud, software or hardware industries.
  • A strong background in partner account management, ideally within SSC/BPO settings.
  • Excellent spoken and written English or Dutch.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a problem-solving, client-first approach.
  • The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-moving, international setting.
