About the employer:

The client is a global leader in business transformation and management through the use of technology.

Responsibilities:

  • provide technical support to end-users in both English and German (onsite or remotely),
  • install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, printers, mobile devices) and software applications,
  • troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, network connectivity, and enterprise applications,
  • collaborate with international teams and assist German-speaking clients or colleagues with IT-related inquiries,
  • ensure system and data security, backup procedures, and compliance with IT policies,
  • document incidents, solutions, and user guides in both English and German,
  • support IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new software implementations.

Requirements:

  • proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field,
  • strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, network infrastructure, and Microsoft Office applications,
  • excellent problem-solving and communication skills,
  • very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory,
  • familiarity with ITIL processes or service desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus,
  • relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage,
  • knowledge of Citrix - nice to have.
