Inside Sales - Process Specialist (SME) with German

Responsibilities:

Follow up on inbound leads and make outbound cold calls and emails
Identify key players and generate interest in potential clients
Support building training curriculum & Work Instructions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage trust and loyalty
Provide subject matter expertise for complex issues.
Build training curriculum & Work Instructions.
Contacting and following up with customers to resolve issues.
Interact with different stakeholders proactively to resolve issues
Provide subject matter expertise & leadership while giving resolution for complex issues

2-3 years of experience in a BPO environment
Good understanding of Supply Chain management
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools preferred
Excellent German (min. C1) & good English (min. B1)
Bachelor’s degree
Analytical/troubleshooting/diagnosis/problem solving skills
Comfortable making many calls per day
Good written & oral communication skills with internal customers
Customer / Client facing experience would be handy
Training experience & experience in creating knowledge base would be an advantage
