Responsibilities:
- Follow up on inbound leads and make outbound cold calls and emails
- Identify key players and generate interest in potential clients
- Support building training curriculum & Work Instructions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage trust and loyalty
- Interact with the internal and external team via e-mail/phone/CRM Tools
- Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams
Requirements:
- 1 -2 years of experience in a BPO environment
- Good understanding of Supply Chain management
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools preferred
- Excellent German (min. C1) & good English (min. B1)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in working on ERP systems & proficient MS Excel
- Comfortable making many calls per day
- Good written & oral communication skills with internal customers.
- Good knowledge on KPI’s and SLA’s
