Instructional Designer - Digital Learning Specialist (Remote)

Position Summary:

As an Instructional Designer - Digital Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for creating impactful digital learning solutions that support the development of employees in a leading technology organization. Working within the ADDIE framework, you will collaborate closely with Program Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into engaging and effective learning experiences.

You will independently design and develop e-learning content using modern authoring tools (e.g., Evolve), apply best practices in instructional design, and contribute to the full development lifecycle—from needs analysis to implementation and evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• follow the ADDIE (assess, design, develop, implement, evaluate) framework to design and update learning solutions aimed at enhancing the learners’ knowledge and skills,
• independently create e-learning deliverables,
• understand nuances of digital content, learning and documentation strategies,
• implement lessons learnt and best practices from prior projects,
• support TCDs and LXDs to produce compliant xAPI and SCORM based e-learning content,
• manage all e-learning related projects for both internal and external stakeholders,
• develop e-learning workflow in partnership with PMO and publication team,
• provide accurate e-learning production forecasts,
• develop e-learning measurement strategy,
• provide support for visual design requests as required,
• understand and gather requirements from SDLC documentation,
• adhere to defined learning and content processes (DDLC process).

Requirements:

• bachelor or master’s degree,
• at least 2 years of experience in instructional designing, content writing, and storyboarding,
• proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level (written and verbal),
• knowledge of how to use Google Workspace tools such as Docs, Slides, Forms, Sheets, etc.,
• customer-facing experience building and delivering training materials in technology,

Good to have:

• ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly,
• experience with the Evolve authoring tool,
• knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Audition),
• experience with video production/editing and recording/editing voice-over audio.
