Responsibilities: 

• Manage and validate invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Support timely vendor payments and perform account reconciliations.

• Resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

• Handle vendor inquiries related to invoices and payments.

• Assist with month-end closing and contribute to process optimization efforts.

Requirements: 

• Strong focus on detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude toward teamwork.

• Proficiency in both German (B2 level) and English (B2 level) is crucial for effective communication.
