Junior Collections Specialist with Czech

Location:

 Vacancies open in Katowice and Kraków.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor customer accounts and engage clients via phone and email to secure resolution of overdue balances.
• Investigate and reconcile unapplied or misallocated payments to ensure accurate account records.
• Initiate and process refunds for overpayments in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date records of account status and all collection actions taken.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on collection activities and the status of accounts receivable.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Czech at an advanced level (minimum C1), with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
• Solid command of English (minimum B1), capable of handling routine business communication.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across various channels.
• Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to shared goals.
• Possess a university degree or currently enrolled in higher education.
