Responsibilities:
- proactively follow up with inbound leads and initiate outbound cold calls and emails,
- identify decision-makers and spark interest among prospective clients,
- assist in the development of training materials and work instructions,
- cultivate and sustain strong client relationships to build trust and loyalty,
- communicate efficiently with both internal and external teams through email, phone, and CRM systems,
- collaborate effectively with both upstream and downstream departments.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a BPO setting,
- solid understanding of supply chain processes,
- familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms is a plus,
- excellent command of German (minimum C1) and good English skills (minimum B1),
- holder of any Bachelor's degree,
- experience using ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
- strong ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and manage time efficiently,
- comfortable with high call volumes on a daily basis,
- effective written and verbal communication skills when interacting with internal stakeholders,
- collaborative mindset and ability to work across cross-functional teams,
- sound understanding of KPIs and SLAs.
