Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external teams via email, phone, and CRM tools.
  • Collaborate actively with upstream and downstream teams throughout the process.
  • Support the creation of training materials and work instructions.
  • Identify key decision-makers and generate interest among potential clients.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and proactively engage in outbound cold calls and emails.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment, preferably with exposure to cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of German (minimum C1 level) and a good working knowledge of English (minimum B1 level).
  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and effective time management.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of KPIs and SLAs and their role in business operations.
