Junior Inside Sales Specialist with German

Responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
Communicate effectively with internal and external teams via email, phone, and CRM tools.
Collaborate actively with upstream and downstream teams throughout the process.
Support the creation of training materials and work instructions.
Identify key decision-makers and generate interest among potential clients.
Follow up on inbound leads and proactively engage in outbound cold calls and emails.

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment, preferably with exposure to cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of Supply Chain management processes.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms is an advantage.
Excellent command of German (minimum C1 level) and a good working knowledge of English (minimum B1 level).
Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and effective time management.
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Solid understanding of KPIs and SLAs and their role in business operations.
