Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external teams via email, phone, and CRM tools.
- Collaborate actively with upstream and downstream teams throughout the process.
- Support the creation of training materials and work instructions.
- Identify key decision-makers and generate interest among potential clients.
- Follow up on inbound leads and proactively engage in outbound cold calls and emails.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment, preferably with exposure to cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain management processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent command of German (minimum C1 level) and a good working knowledge of English (minimum B1 level).
- Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and effective time management.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of KPIs and SLAs and their role in business operations.
