Junior Maps Reporting Specialist with German (ASAP)

Responsibilities:

review maps data to assess business information accuracy based on client policies,
engage with business, predominantly via quick outbound phone calls, to verify their business information,
update client platforms based on verified information,
make well-balanced decisions based on market-specific knowledge.

customer service attitude,
fluent German and English language knowledge,
availability for stationary work Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.,
good written and oral communication skills, with excellent attention to detail,
the ability to apply judgment on the job and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere,
good time management, prioritization, and ability to work without close supervision and under pressure.
