Lead React Developer with Java

Responsibilities:

• provide technical leadership in developing and maintaining front-end interfaces (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React),
• define UI/UX standards and ensure their implementation across projects,
• architect and oversee the back-end development (Java, Spring Boot),
• design and manage RESTful APIs and microservices,
• coordinate system and API integrations between software components (including GUI),
• ensure code quality and best practices (TDD/BDD, SOLID, KISS, DRY) within the team,
• mentor and support the team in implementing containerization solutions (Docker, Kubernetes),
• oversee and optimize the CI/CD pipeline and application lifecycle,
• ensure compliance with security requirements, including data encryption and decryption methods.

Requirements:

• strong leadership skills and ability to guide front-end development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React,
• expertise in user interface design, ensuring optimal interaction between users and systems while maintaining high usability standards,
• knowledge of Java programming,
• strong understanding of RESTful web services and microservice architecture, with the ability to design and oversee scalable solutions,
• ability to define API strategies and ensure seamless integration between software components, including Graphical User Interface (GUI),
• experience in enforcing best coding practices and maintaining high-quality code using TDD/BDD paradigms, applying clean code principles - SOLID, KISS, DRY, Clean Architecture,
• experience in leading the adoption and optimization of container orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes),
• deep understanding of the full application development lifecycle, ensuring smooth CI/CD implementation,
• additionally, expertise in security best practices, including encryption and decryption methods and tools.
