Lean Transformation Manager

Project:

The scope of this project is to design and implement a continuous improvement system that aligns with the organization's needs, leveraging Lean Management principles and Agile methodologies. The project will focus on supporting the company in successfully implementing Lean-based changes, optimizing cross-team processes, and improving overall collaboration and efficiency. Key activities within the scope include coaching leaders and teams on effective Lean practices, driving the Agile transformation by applying the right tools, and fostering team engagement and development across all organizational levels.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement a continuous improvement system that aligns with the organization’s objectives.
• Support the company in adopting and implementing Lean Management principles and practices.
• Coach leaders and teams on how to effectively utilize Lean tools and methods in daily operations.
• Analyze and optimize cross-team processes to improve collaboration and efficiency.
• Actively participate in the company’s Agile transformation, supporting teams and driving engagement.

Requirements:

• Managerial experience in Lean or extensive hands-on experience with Lean Management.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing continuous improvement systems.
• Strong coaching skills for both teams and leaders.
• Problem-solving mindset and a structured approach to process optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive change at all levels of the organization.
• Nice to have: Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Design Thinking).
